Hi there!  If you follow me on Instagram or FB, you are probably here because you saw my recent video on things that I’m currently loving.  What started with my “Top 5” quickly grew to my “Top 10+”.  Below is a rundown of the items mentioned as well as links to where you can purchase your very own if you are so inclined.  Enjoy!

BKR Glass Water Bottle with Spiked Sleeve

As I mentioned in the video, I absolutely love this bottle and carry it with me everyday.  There are a variety of options for the silicone sleeves and the glass bottle is a must..  I love the spiked 1L because it gives me a good amount of water (I usually drink about 3L a day) and the spikes make it easy to hold.

Mejuri Jewelry

If you have followed me for any amount of time you have probably noticed that I wear this necklace pretty much everyday.  Additionally, I wear this gold band everyday that I’m going in to work at the hospital.  I love both pieces because they are dainty and unobtrusive.  The simpler the better for me when I’m working in my office or going into the operating room.

Apple Watch

If you guys follow me on social media, you probably already know how much I’m into running and fitness.  My Apple Watch made the list because I feel like it is super integral in me reaching my daily fitness goals.  I track everything and use it to map out future challenges.

Bite Lip Products

I think this one goes without explanation—lip balm is a winter necessity for most of us.  I love BITE because its super moisturizing and gives a nice sheen to the lips without looking overly glossy.  Also, its pretty affordable from Sephora and vegan! Since it took me so long to post this video after recording, it turns out that I was unable to find the products over Christmas holiday because they were rebranding (yay!).  They also have an agave lip mask that is amazing.

Aztec Secret Face Mask

Speaking of masks, this one has been my go to for the past 2 months.  I typically mask every Monday at the very least and this one has been great at shrinking my pores and helping to control my oil.  It’s super economical, easy to find on Amazon, and works really well for my skin.

Steamer

I have been using this steamer for several months and so far it is my favorite. Not only does it give you a good 15-20 minutes of steam, it pushes the steam toward your face (vs. allowing it to gently waft out) which I enjoy. There are lots of options for steamers, but this one has been durable and very functional–I recommend it!

Native Products

So for literally years, I used a clinical strength deodorant because I assumed it was the only thing that could handle my sweat (TMI, I know).  A few months ago, I decided to transition to a natural deodorant without aluminum.  As you probably know, aluminum has been linked to increased cancer risk and with my family history, I try to take all necessary precautions to eliminate anything that could increase my chances.  And that’s when I discovered Native.   I use their Coconut Vanilla deodorant as well as their body wash and I love them both.  The scent is amazing and the deodorant really does (surprisingly) control my sweat.  They also typically have some pretty sweet seasonal scents that I like to check out.

Fragrances

Speaking of scents :), you guys know I am a self proclaimed fragrance aficionado.  I typically gravitate to vanillas and coconuts that aren’t super sweet or artificial smelling.  I also love a slight (pipe) tobacco scent which is why I have been wearing these two nonstop.  I actually purchased a small bottle of the Tom Ford last year and went through it so fast I had to get the bigger bottle.  This little one is a new addition in the past few months and I have worn it everyday.  I love the fact that its an oil so the smell lasts all day and stays close to the skin.  Perfection.

Berets

I have been really enjoying wearing berets when I have been lucky enough to catch a cool day this winter.  I have this one in black, a white one, as well as a black faux leather one.  I like the way they punch up any look into “classy” status. These are literally everywhere, but I think I may have picked mine up at H&M last autumn.

Planner

My LV planner is the newest addition to my favorites list.  I typically use an electronic planner but I have always preferred paper when it comes to books so for 2020 I decided to try a paper planner.  So far, I love it.  I take it literally everywhere with me and it is so much better at keeping me on track—I think because its in my hand and I have no choice but to look at it.  I’m thinking about doing a flip through to show you guys what kind of inserts I have and how I use them.  Let me know if you’re interested.

It was really a challenge for me to not mention any clothes, shoes, or bags on this list but I did it! What are some of your favorite things right now?
